This page describes what data is needed for accounts, devices, and billing, and to what extent it is processed inside the service.

1. General provisions
This policy describes NetQuiet's approach to processing user data. We aim to minimize personal data collection and do not sell it to third parties.
2. What data we may process
- At registration and login: an identifier, and when logging in through Telegram, the Telegram identifier and name if provided by the widget. Passwords are stored in hashed form.
- For subscriptions and apps: subscription-to-account mapping, device limits, device data, and technical parameters used to generate connection configurations.
- At payment: data passed by the payment provider in the volume required to process and account for the payment.
- Technical logs: IP addresses and request times for the site and API to the extent required for security and infrastructure operation. We do not keep logs of user VPN traffic.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used only to provide access to the Service, link devices and subscriptions, process payments, ensure security and operation of the site/API, and communicate with the User.
4. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing. Disclosure is possible only to payment providers for payment processing, when required by law or authorized authorities, or when the Service operator changes if allowed by applicable law.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on protected servers in the amount and for the period necessary to provide services and comply with law. We apply organizational and technical measures to limit unauthorized access.
6. User rights
Under applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, or deletion. Requests may be sent through the support channels listed on the site.
7. Policy updates
We may update this policy. The current version is published on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
