1. General provisions

This document is the official offer to enter into an agreement for access to the NetQuiet VPN service (the Service) on the terms below. Site registration, account creation, plan payment, or use of the Service in any form means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by the user (the User).

2. Scope of the offer

The provider grants the User access to VPN infrastructure exclusively through official NetQuiet applications. Scope, duration, and limits are defined by the selected plan. The Service is provided as is. The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability of specific locations, or fitness for the User's goals.

3. Limitation of liability

The provider is not liable for:

• the way and purpose of the User's VPN usage, including any actions on the network and their consequences;
• access restrictions imposed by providers, government authorities, or third parties;
• data loss or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service;
• actions of third parties, hardware failures, or communication channel failures.

Use of the Service is at the User's own risk. The provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the period in which the event occurred.

4. Registration and account

The User must provide accurate information during registration and must not share account access with third parties. The provider may suspend or terminate the service if usage rules or applicable law are violated.

5. Plans and payment

Service pricing is listed on the site in rubles. Payment is made according to the selected plan. Refund terms are governed by the separate refund policy.

6. Changes to terms

The provider may change this offer and the plans. The current version is always published on the site. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing law

The relationship between the parties is governed by the law applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the applicable law.
